Description: I was inspired with my visit at a buffet restaurant in my area; I hoarded plates upon plates of snow crab legs, crawfish, and lobster 🦐🦀! I mean... it was all you can eat, so whatever. It was worth every dollar I spent ($30/adult for dinner). I wanted to imitate their crawfish stir-fry 🥘 (Chinese cuisine inspired). I normally enjoy crawfish smothered in garlic and butter sauce so it was a nice change to have them in a salty and peppery dry rub. I definitely recommend this style! I apologize about my inexperience with cracking snow crab legs - I'm getting better at it 😂. I'm better with Dungeness crab 🦀, I promise!
